1. Who we are
Progressive Consumer Counseling Services, located at 6175 Old National Hwy, Suite 420, College Park, GA 30349, is a Georgia-licensed outpatient behavioral health provider. CARF accredited, licensed with DATEP through the Georgia Department of Community Health, with a CLIA waiver, and registered with the Georgia Secretary of State.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this site, requesting an assessment, scheduling care, or using our patient portal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
Services are intended for individuals located in Georgia at the time of service, age 6 and older with appropriate guardian consent for minors.
4. Not an emergency service
This site and our scheduled services are not appropriate for psychiatric emergencies. If you are in crisis, call 988, the Georgia Crisis Access Line at 1-800-715-4225, or 911.
5. Clinical relationship
A clinical relationship is established only after an intake appointment with a licensed clinician. Use of this site, including the digital assessment, does not by itself create a treatment relationship.
6. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
